1. Service Provision

Fast Mobile Internet provides high-speed internet access using 100% Fiber Optic infrastructure. We aim to deliver the Fastest Broadband Speeds available in your area. Speed is measured in Megabits per second (Mbps) or Gigabits per second (Gbps) based on your selected plan.

2. Dedicated IP & IPv6 Usage

Our network is fully IPv6 Supported. If your plan includes a Dedicated IP, the following applies:

• The Dedicated IP is for your exclusive use but remains the property of Fast Mobile Internet.
• Users are prohibited from using the Dedicated IP for illegal activities, including but not limited to unauthorized server hosting or distribution of malicious software.
• Configuration of IPv6 protocols must adhere to our standard security guidelines.

3. 24/7 Call Service & Support

We provide 24/7 Call Service for technical assistance. By using this service, you agree that:

• Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
• Support is limited to Fast Mobile Internet infrastructure and provided hardware. Third-party devices are supported at our discretion.

4. Billing and Payments

The total monthly cost C is calculated as C = P + T, where P is the base plan price and T represents applicable taxes and regulatory fees.

• Payments are due on the first day of each billing cycle.
• Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in a temporary suspension of service.

5. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

While we offer unlimited data on many Fiber Optic plans, we reserve the right to manage network traffic to ensure all users receive the Fastest Broadband Speeds. Excessive usage that degrades the network experience for others may be subject to review.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fast Mobile Internet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, including service interruptions caused by maintenance or force majeure.
